C\u2019est le cas de l\u2019h\u00f4pital Alima, \u00a0situ\u00e9 dans la commune de Bimbo qui est l\u2019un des centres hospitaliers o\u00f9 l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux diff\u00e9rents soins est gratuit.\u00a0 Sauf que certains personnels soignants imposent aux malades de payer la consultation avant d\u2019\u00eatre soign\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le centre hospitalier Alima est une ONG humanitaire nationale qui a cr\u00e9\u00e9\u00a0 ce centre de soins\u00a0 pour pallier \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 des Centrafricains. Ce centre re\u00e7oit les enfants de 0 \u00e0 15 ans pour des soins mais \u00e9galement les femmes enceintes pour des accouchements. Ce qui est regrettable est que, dans ce coin, certains personnels soignants imposent une somme forfaitaire aux malades avant d\u2019\u00eatre trait\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La gratuit\u00e9 des soins dans certains centres hospitaliers de la capitale est d\u00e9plaisante en ce sens que les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de ces services ne cessent de se plaindre de cette corruption exerc\u00e9e par certains professionnels de sant\u00e9 sur ces malades.<\/p>\n<p>Selon certains t\u00e9moignages, \u00a0ces professionnels de sant\u00e9 le font en cachette pour \u00e9viter \u00e0 ce que le responsable sanitaire de ce centre puisse s\u2019en rendre compte.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00ab\u00a0Ma fille est malade et c\u2019est le centre hospitalier le plus proche de chez nous et qui soigne bien. Nous \u00e9tions arriv\u00e9s ici depuis 09h et les internes me demandent de payer 1000FCFA avant qu\u2019ils puissent consulter mon enfant qui vomi et fait de la temp\u00e9rature. Je leur \u00a0ai dit que les soins sont gratuits ici et ils m\u2019ont r\u00e9pondu d\u2019aller \u00e0 la p\u00e9diatrie\u00a0\u00bb, <\/em><\/strong>s\u2019est \u00a0lament\u00e9 une victime, maman d\u2019une malade.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00ab Il m\u2019a fallu payer les 1000FCFA pour que ma fille soit prise en charge. Je me demande si les responsables de ce centre est aux moins \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de nos cris d\u2019alarme dont,\u00a0 jusqu\u2019alors, la situation ne fait que s\u2019aggraver au jour le jour \u00bb,<\/em><\/strong> a-t-elle conclu.<\/p>\n<p>On se demande \u00e0 quoi on servi r\u00e9ellement le serment d\u2019Hippocrate que les personnels soignants ont pr\u00eat\u00e9 ?\u00a0 Pourquoi\u00a0 les m\u00e9decins\u00a0 pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent bien \u00a0traiter dans leurs cliniques que les centres hospitaliers publics o\u00f9 ils sont affect\u00e9s ?
