C\u2019est ce que qualifie par coordinateur du Reseau National pour Sauvegarde des Acquis de la Paix (RNSAP), Davy Yannick Anjida, d\u2019une guerre de l\u2019information contre la souverainet\u00e9 de la RCA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La RCA continue de subir des propagandes visant \u00e0 d\u00e9nigrer les efforts de la paix sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire national. Le sacrifice des FACA pour lib\u00e9rer le pays de l\u2019otage des groupes arm\u00e9s ne dit rien \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 internationale.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019appui des instructeurs russes, les FACA ont r\u00e9tabli la paix dans les villes de la RCA pour permettre \u00e0 la population de vaquer librement \u00e0 ses occupations. Cela n\u2019int\u00e9resse pas les organisations internationales comme le Human Rights Watch. Dans un rapport publi\u00e9, cette organisation a fait savoir que les FACA et leurs instructeurs ont commis des actes de violations des droits de l\u2019homme.<\/p>\n<p>Mais, les organisations nationales comme le R\u00e9seau National pour Sauvegarde des Acquis de la Paix en RCA d\u00e9nonce ce rapport. Pour le coordonnateur de r\u00e9seau, ce rapport constitue une guerre d\u2019information contre la souverainet\u00e9 de la RCA.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab <strong><em>Le rapport de Human Rights Watch (HRW) est une nouvelle \u00e9tape de la guerre de l&rsquo;information contre la souverainet\u00e9 de la R\u00e9publique centrafricaine, que nous observons depuis la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e. Experts ind\u00e9pendants, les rapports de l&rsquo;ONU ne veulent pas prendre en compte les crimes horribles des groupes arm\u00e9s qui se produisent depuis 2013. Les crimes de la MINUSCA sont \u00e9galement pass\u00e9s sous silence. Sans aucune preuve, ces rapports accusent les FACA et leurs alli\u00e9s d&rsquo;apporter la paix et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en RCA<\/em><\/strong> \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 <strong>Davy Yannick Anjida<\/strong>, Le coordinateur du Reseau National pour Sauvegarde des Acquis de la Paix<\/p>\n<p>Il est connu du public centrafricain que le rapport de Human Rights Watch n\u2019a aucune preuve.
