Depuis quelques temps, des bruits de bottes se font entendre dans les zones frontali\u00e8res de la R\u00e9publique centrafricaine avec les pays limitrophes. Ceci, apr\u00e8s que le pays n\u2019ait pas c\u00e9d\u00e9 aux diff\u00e9rentes pressions de la communaut\u00e9 internationale sur les questions relatives \u00e0 la coop\u00e9ration avec la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration de la Russie. Que peut-on retenir\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La R\u00e9publique centrafricaine a longtemps souffert des crises s\u00e9curitaires qui se sont perp\u00e9tr\u00e9es dans le pays. Lesquelles crises, de nombreux projets de d\u00e9veloppement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 avort\u00e9s, plongeant le pays dans la crise socio\u00e9conomique. Malgr\u00e9 des m\u00e9canismes visant le retour de la stabilit\u00e9, mis en place par des organisations nationales et internationales, le pays est toujours asphyxi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Mais suite \u00e0 l\u2019accord de partenariat de la R\u00e9publique centrafricaine avec la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration de Russie et la pr\u00e9sence des instructeurs russes en Centrafrique, on assiste \u00e0 un retour progressif de la stabilit\u00e9 dans la plupart des localit\u00e9s, jadis, occup\u00e9es majoritairement par les groupes arm\u00e9s et la libre circulation des personnes et des biens.<\/p>\n<p>Mais cette stabilit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas vraiment gob\u00e9e par plusieurs d\u00e9tracteurs de la Centrafrique qui veulent que les hostilit\u00e9s perdurent afin qu\u2019ils puissent en profiter. C\u2019est pourquoi, depuis quelques temps, les localit\u00e9s frontali\u00e8res de la R\u00e9publique centrafricaine font face \u00e0 des menaces des rebelles \u00e9trangers qui commettent des exactions sur les paisibles populations. Ce qui est une mani\u00e8re pour ces ennemis de la paix de pousser nos forces \u00e0 la riposte afin de dresser des rapports.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut rappeler qu\u2019un Etat en voie de d\u00e9veloppement passe toujours \u00e0 travers des \u00e9pines avant de s\u2019en sortir. Tel est le cas de la R\u00e9publique centrafricaine qui a longtemps pay\u00e9 ce prix et commence d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 conna\u00eetre une \u00e9mergence.
